Qurban AppealJust like we have promised in our mission statement, we respect all beliefs of people and act upon their religious needs too and therefore reach those in need with Qurbani appeal.
Muslims all over the world offer Qurbani which means a sacrifice/ slaughter of an animal on specific days like on Eid for the pleasure of Allah. It is understood as a symbolic repetition of Ibraheem's sacrifice of a ram in place of his son, a crucial notion in Judaism, Christianity and Islam alike. Time to help continues the work of Qurbani at other times of the year, other than just Eid.
For 2018, we have selected the countries Uganda, Pakistan, Nigeria and Kenya (those of which have Islamical sacrificial qualifications).
We then sacrifice animals within the titles of Akikah, Shukr, Nafilah and Nazeer all according to Islamic rules on behalf of the donor for the Qurbani. The meat will then be distributed to families and orphanages in need. Your sacrifice is an expression of thankfulness, with the sacrificial animal conditions being healthy and well-fed. Being very conscious for it to being a sterile environment, the Qurbani sacrifice would take place by power of attorney duly complied with victims who will be cutting them. If donors wish to see proof, donors are obliged with pictures of Qurbani.
The Qurbani share for 2018 has been determined as £100 taking into consideration the prices in the UK. 100% of the funds raised will be used with the scope of Qurbani, helping souls that are less fortunate. Remember, there are still mothers who make their kids go to sleep in hunger, yet those still are hopeful for your hand. Help us reach thousands of needy who are waiting…
